Who Is Quadajah Holly Johnson
Quadajah Holly Johnson, age 31, was identified as the shooter. She did not deny firing the weapon. Instead, she claimed she acted in self defense. Johnson stated she had previously filed a restraining order, though witnesses at the scene publicly said what they saw did not match a self defense situation.
